“I trained as an Osteopath at Oxford Brookes University, where I obtained a Masters degree in Osteopathy in 2012. Whilst working at Ripon Natural Health Centre as an associate Osteopath, I set up Mvmt Osteopathy in 2016 (Mvmt Osteopathy was renamed in 2018) from within Bishop Auckland Football club. I am registered with General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy alongside the Osteopathic Sports Care Association.

My Biomechanical approach to treatment aims to address musculoskeletal imbalances and altered biomechanics, whilst also educating people on how their body works. This often allows me to suggest simple changes to day to day life that can have a big impact on reducing pain and recurrence in the individual.

I enjoy working with a variety of different clients and have experience treating a spectrum of musculoskeletal complaints. My passion for rehabilitation and sport has resulted in a special focus on treating sports injuries, especially football injuries. My experience in this field has allowed me to be Bishop Auckland Football Club first team Osteopath. This allows me to provide pitch side first aid, pre/post match care and rehabilitation to injured players, as well as injury prevention.”
